Family Technology Resource Center (FTRC^TM) initiative was established in DeKalb County, Georgia in 1996. It is an exciting community and family education program for all residents. Twenty-four FTRCs provide community access to technology and computer-based learning. FTRCs encourage parental participation and involvement in the classroom and promote meaningful business partnerships that address community needs and interests.
